So, the 90s are back. They’re back in music (thanks, Ariana Grande) and they’re back in style. One of the staples of 90s fashion was the scrunchie – a big poofy hair tie that you might have spotted in some vintage music videos or in a Halloween costume. Selena Gomez just brought the scrunchie back from the fashion dead though, when she rocked one to her appearance on David Letterman’s late night talk show.
